Paul Kay

Paul Kay was born and raised in Southwest Arizona, and grew up roaming the mountains and deserts.  He formed a deep and lasting appreciation for the natural world and says, "My wildlife art allows me the opportunity to indulge in my creative passion and express my emotional attachment to the natural world".

Paul studied fine arts at Brigham Young University and Arizona State University as well as under several renowned artists.  He also apprenticed at the House of Bronze fine art foundry in Prescott, Arizona.

Paul has received awards in numerous national shows and competitions, including winning the '2002 Wyoming Conservation Stamp' contest, and won Best of Show at the 2002 Western Heritage Art Show.  Private collectors have acquired numerous pieces over the last 20 years including the State of Wyoming and the Phippen Museum permanent collections.
